General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of RESETfyzio, s.r.o.
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") of RESETfyzio, s.r.o., Company ID: 21644373, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under File No. C 403614 (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), govern the conditions for the provision of services and rentals offered through the website www.resetfyzio.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") in accordance with Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
1.2 The primary activity of the Provider is the rental of premises to therapists and service providers in the fields of physiotherapy, massage, reconditioning, rehabilitation, and other professional services (hereinafter referred to as "Tenants"). Secondarily, the Provider organizes and provides courses, seminars, and workshops for therapists and the professional public (hereinafter referred to as "Courses").
1.3 The Provider ensures the mediation of contact between clients (end users of services) and individual therapists via the reservation system available on the Website. These services are provided directly by the individual Tenants and are paid directly to them on-site. RESETfyzio, s.r.o. acts solely as an intermediary and lessor of premises in this regard.
1.4 The provisions of these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of any contract concluded between the Provider and the Client or Tenant. Deviating arrangements are valid only in written form.
1.5 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these Terms and Conditions apply only to natural persons acting outside the scope of their business activities.
2. Services and Prices
2.1 The Provider offers:
- Rental of premises for therapists to provide professional services.
- Courses, seminars, and workshops for the professional public and therapists.
2.2 The current offer of services and their prices are listed on the Website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 All prices are listed including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Reservations
3.1 Premises can be reserved:
- Via the reservation system on the Website,
- By phone at +420 773 087 655,
- In person at the establishment: Sokolská 35, Prague 2.
3.2 Courses can be ordered only via the reservation form or by e-mail.
3.3 A reservation becomes binding at the moment of its confirmation by RESETfyzio, s.r.o.
4. Cancellation of Reservation / Appointment
4.1 Cancellation of a room reservation or a course is possible no later than 24 hours in advance.
4.2 In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation price.
4.3 Failure to arrive without an excuse (no-show) results in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payments for the rental of premises are made according to the concluded agreement, usually by bank transfer or based on an invoice.
5.2 Services provided by therapists are paid directly to the individual therapists.
5.3 Courses are paid in advance by bank transfer, and proof of payment must be sent to the e-mail: info@resetfyzio.cz.
6. Liability for Damage
6.1 The respective therapist (Tenant) is solely responsible for the services provided to end clients, not RESETfyzio, s.r.o.
6.2 RESETfyzio, s.r.o. bears no liability for damages caused by the unprofessional conduct of the client or a violation of the service provider's instructions.
6.3 The Client is obliged to inform the provider about their health status and any contraindications that may affect the course of the service.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1 RESETfyzio, s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations (in particular GDPR).
7.2 The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data.
7.3 Data is processed for the purpose of reservation, invoicing, and communication with customers or Tenants.
8. Courses and Training
8.1 RESETfyzio, s.r.o. organizes professional courses and workshops. The current offer is listed on the Website.
8.2 Registration takes place via the Website or in person at the establishment.
8.3 Payment for the course must be made in advance and documented with a proof of payment.
8.4 Course cancellation policy:
- RESETfyzio, s.r.o. reserves the right to change the venue, date, or schedule of courses due to force majeure.
- Cancellation of participation by the participant does not entitle them to a refund; however, it is possible to reschedule the course to another date within one year of the originally scheduled course.
- Courses take place only if the minimum capacity is met.
9. Complaints (Claims)
9.1 Complaints regarding the rental of premises or courses can be submitted in writing or by e-mail within 14 days from the date of service provision.
9.2 RESETfyzio, s.r.o. undertakes to settle the complaint within 30 days.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from the date of their publication on the Website.
10.2 The Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the Website.
10.3 Legal relations not regulated by these conditions are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic.
10.4 Any disputes will be resolved primarily amicably, and in the extreme case by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
Important Notice:
RESETfyzio, s.r.o. does not provide medical services. All therapists on this website are self-employed individuals and provide services on their own responsibility.
