Our academy was founded on the conviction that Czech rehabilitation practice deserves to be enriched by modern methods that uncover the root causes of dysfunction and restore natural movement. While our courses are rigorous, they pave the way for a deeper understanding of functional connections and more effective client care. The project is led by Štěpán Nemec, founder of the first Czech clinic specializing in P-DTR and NKT methods.
I would like to thank you once again for the introduction to neurology last week. Since then, I have been seriously considering taking the course. I found it to be well explained, and at the same time, it is a method that helps save your hands—which is great.
I'm just writing to give some feedback on the seminar: it was great, I'm glad I went, even though I had already tested my muscles before. It gave me a lot and I was able to confirm some things in certain tests. I liked that you also showed the tests in a seated position and your modifications of some muscles made perfect sense. Then I remembered that we didn't test the chest extensors; Simone showed us a test during the course and called it the "zombie test," so maybe you could add it to the demonstrations for other groups—some people might be interested. Otherwise, great seminar, 10/10.

Meet the functional neurology experts who work with NKT and P-DTR methods.
Štěpán founded FYZIO RESET with the vision of uniting a team of therapists around one goal—to truly understand the causes of and find solutions to the problems that bother clients. He uses functional neurology approaches with an emphasis on P-DTR and NeuroKinetic Therapy, including advanced and master classes in P-DTR (Advanced, Masterclass) and NKT (levels 1–3). His professional foundation is based on his studies of physiotherapy at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University, supplemented by courses in Cuptherapy (MFD), OMT manipulation, and specialized training with Mgr. Maja Špiritović, Ph.D. In addition to his therapeutic work, he is an enthusiastic strength coach and continuously expands his knowledge in the field of neurologically focused physiotherapy. Stefan combines classical physiotherapy with the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, osteopathy, visceral therapy, acupuncture, and yoga therapy. He is most drawn to Eastern medicine because he sees it as a comprehensive philosophy of human care, which he also follows in his practice. In addition to the Faculty of Physiotherapy at Charles University's Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, he is a second-year graduate of the 1st School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the field of acupuncture, and has also completed specialized training in P-DTR. He has also completed many specialized workshops—from deep spine stabilization to acupressure to therapeutic techniques focused on the shoulder joint and lower limbs—and he sees each of these approaches as another key to understanding the body as a whole.
